6:12 AM · the store is still dark

Your website already has the shoppers. Railen turns them into booked appointments.

It's 9:47 on a Tuesday. She's on your site asking if the blue one is still on the lot, what the payment looks like with this month's factory incentives, and whether Saturday works. Railen answers from your live inventory, sets the appointment in your CRM, and remembers her when she comes back Thursday. Your team walks in to a full board.

One conversation that follows the customer across every channel.

8:30 AM · the gap in every store

Your best shoppers show up when your store is closed.

Car shopping happens at night, on a phone, in fragments. Most dealer websites still run chat tools built for showroom hours.

9:47 PM · TUESDAY

The shopper has real questions

Is it in stock? What’s the payment? Is there a rate offer this month? A chat widget that says “leave your number” answers none of them.

8:15 AM · WEDNESDAY

The lead is already cold

By the time your BDC calls back, that shopper has asked the same questions on three other sites. The first store with a useful answer gets the appointment.

EVERY DAY

Your website traffic leaks

Your site gets about 11,000 visits a month. Fewer than 5 in 100 fill out a form. Fewer than 1 in 100 buy. You paid for every one of them, in advertising, in your website provider, in third-party leads. The rest leave without a name, a conversation, or a reason to come in.

3:00 PM · the math

We don't have your numbers yet. Here's the math on a typical store, and we'll tell you which numbers are guesses.

Four of these are industry numbers. Two are our estimates, and they're marked. Bring your CRM numbers to the demo and we'll run yours. A 60-day pilot replaces all of it with your actual set, show, sold.

01~11,000visits a month to the average dealer website(industry average)
02108 of 168hours a week the store is closed. Nobody staffs 168.
03~70conversations a month after hours, if 1 in 100 of those visitors starts one(our estimate; nobody publishes this)
04~21appointments set, if 3 in 10 of those conversations set(our estimate; nobody has measured it for an AI yet)
05~5sold from the closed hours alone, at 56% show and 42% sold from show(NADA / NCM)
Both halves, a month~$30,000

about 10 cars at ~$3,000 front and back gross each

(the hours you're closed + the leads in your CRM)

On the average dealer website, the math comes to about 10 more cars and $30,000 in gross a month. Half from the hours you're closed. Half from the leads already in your CRM. And it runs per rooftop.

The CRM half assumes a store selling 30 cars a month off internet leads, and counts a third of the lift Pied Piper saw when stores went from a weak lead response to a strong one. It's an illustration, not a promise. Your own numbers are the ones that count.
Benchmarks: NADA Data, NCM, Pied Piper. Estimates are yours to set at the demo.See it on your inventory

We'll run this on your store's numbers on the call.

3:30 PM · what it does

Everything an AI sales agent needs to finish the conversation.

Everything below ships in the pilot. Nothing requires you to change how your store desks, finances, or delivers a car.

Your real inventory

VIN-level answers from your live stock. Sold cars drop out and new arrivals appear as your feed updates, so the cars a shopper sees are the cars on your lot.

Live OEM offers

Current APR, lease, and cash programs quoted exactly as the manufacturer publishes them for your market.

Payment guidance

Shoppers arrive understanding their payment range, calculated from the OEM programs your manufacturer publishes this month.

Appointment booking

Sales visits, test drives, and finance appointments, booked in the conversation with confirmation sent.

Instant staff handover

Your team gets an alert the moment a shopper books, with a summary of who they are and what they want.

CRM-ready leads

ADF delivery into the CRM you already run, tagged as AI-sourced so you can measure the channel cleanly.

Follow-up that doesn’t quit

Consent-based email and SMS keeps fresh leads warm through the critical first 72 hours, and re-engages dormant ones.

Reporting you can trust

Conversations, appointments, and shows per store, with group-level rollups if you run more than one rooftop.

5:00 PM · human in the loop

The agent works alone at midnight, and your team keeps control of every deal.

You decide when a human gets pulled in, and your staff can take the wheel at any moment.

The agent handles the routine. Your team keeps the moments that need judgement.

Live conversation protocolTeam control: on
01Watch

High-value alerts, on your thresholds

You set the triggers: a shopper on a loaded truck above a price you choose, a trade-in mention, a finance question that deserves a human touch. The moment it happens, your staff gets an email or text alert with the live conversation attached.

02Route

Compliance flags, routed not guessed

If a conversation touches something that needs a human answer, an unusual price request, a sensitive finance question, the agent flags it and routes it to your team instead of improvising.

03Steer

Your staff can steer

From the alert, your team sees the conversation as it happens and can guide the agent toward the close, or step in directly. The shopper gets a seamless conversation. Your closer gets the moment that matters.

9:15 PM · Where we stand

Built the way a dealer would build it.

Some decisions are permanent. These are ours, in writing.

Positioning

We hand off a qualified customer

We deliver a qualified customer with full context. The desk, the trade, F&I, and the delivery stay where they belong, with you.

Data

Your inventory stays yours

We do not aggregate your stock into a comparison marketplace, resell your data, or show your cars next to a competitor's.

Economics

Your shoppers are never resold

Third-party sites charge you for leads from shoppers your own brand attracted, then sell the same shopper to three other stores. Railen works only for you, on your website. Every lead it creates is yours alone. One subscription, no per-lead fees.

Compliance

Compliant by design

OEM offers shown exactly as published. The agent never collects SSNs or credit applications, never makes lender-specific claims, and every payment figure is clearly an estimate pending your confirmation.

Continuity

The store keeps the book.

Every customer conversation belongs to the dealership and stays with it, no matter who comes or goes. It's one of the things dealers are most surprised by, and it's better shown than written. We'll walk you through it on the demo.

10:00 PM · the person behind it

Built by someone who got tired of watching websites lose deals at night.

Rakesh Gohel

Rakesh Gohel, Founder

Rakesh has spent 25 years building technology, more than a decade of it in AI. His work in automotive retail, connecting live inventory feeds, OEM incentive data, and the CRM integrations dealer websites run on, showed him where stores lose deals: a shopper asks a question at 9 PM and waits until 9 AM for someone to answer it. He built Railen to answer it at 9 PM.

"The website chatbots kept getting smarter, but they still stopped short of what actually closes a car deal: quoting this month's real payment, remembering the shopper next week, booking the visit instead of grabbing a number. I built the salesperson I kept waiting for one of them to become."

Questions dealers ask us

12

Questions store teams usually ask before the first demo.

Direct answers, in writing.
01Isn't this just another AI chatbot?

A chatbot waits for a lead. Railen works the shopper before she's a lead: the person on your site at night who hasn't given you her name, during the 108 hours a week nobody's selling. It quotes this month's factory program, which most tools can't touch. It remembers her across the site, email and text, so nobody asks her the same question twice. And it sets the appointment instead of handing your BDC another number to dial. Easiest way to see it: run it on your inventory next to what you've got.

02Will it misquote a price or invent a discount?

No. Every number comes from your feed or from OEM programs exactly as published. The agent quotes ranges and estimates, marks them as subject to dealership confirmation, and never invents an offer. If it does not know, it books the appointment and lets your team answer.

03What happens to my BDC?

Your people keep their jobs and get better mornings. Railen hands them booked, context-rich appointments instead of cold callback lists, answers the routine email and text replies that eat their day, and pulls them into live conversations when a human wins the deal. They spend their time on appointments that are already booked instead of chasing numbers that never pick up.

04Can shoppers email or text the agent directly?

Yes. When a shopper replies to any follow-up email or text, the agent answers immediately with full context, at 9 AM or 11 PM. No reply sits unanswered overnight, and nothing lands in a queue.

05We already pay for chat. Do we have to rip it out?

No. Keep it. Railen covers the hours it doesn't and works the leads it never touches. In 60 days you'll have both sets of transcripts side by side. What you do with the old one is your call.

06Can my staff see what the agent is saying to customers?

Yes, live. And you choose the moments that trigger an alert: high-value shoppers, trade-in mentions, compliance-sensitive questions. From the alert, your team can steer the conversation or take over.

07Who owns the customer and the deal?

You do. The lead lands in your CRM, tagged as Railen-sourced, with the full conversation attached. You can measure Railen as a lead source, and we stay out of the deal itself.

08What if my CRM setup is complicated?

Then skip it on day one. Bookings arrive in your inbox as clean, readable emails with the full context. Add the ADF integration whenever your provider is ready, so nothing in the launch waits on IT.

09Do we have to change our website?

No. One line of code gets added to your site, same as the Google tag. Your website provider does it routinely, usually in minutes. Your design, your pages, and your platform stay exactly as they are.

10Is my inventory and customer data safe?

Your inventory is used to answer your shoppers on your site, and nowhere else. We do not resell it, share it, or surface your cars next to a competitor's. Shopper contact information is collected with consent, used only for your store's follow-up, and never sold. Text follow-up runs on proper opt-in consent with opt-out honored instantly.

11What about compliance? OEM rules? Advertising claims?

The agent quotes programs as published, never collects credit applications or SSNs, and never makes lender-specific claims. Payment figures are estimates pending your confirmation. Compliance rules are managed centrally, so when a program changes, every store updates at once.

12How fast are we live, really?

Under 48 hours from signature. You give us your inventory feed URL and where you want leads delivered, and your website provider drops in one script, which covers the whole IT effort.

11:30 PM · pricing
